General Description: The MM-8086C is a non-volatile RAM memory board utilizing byte-wide low power 2Kx8 CMOS RAM chips. On-board batteries are provided to support data retention during power failures or off conditions. A Real Time Clock Calendar is also on board, which is software programmable and may generate bus and/or software interrupts. The memory is plug compatable with Intel's SBC86/30, SBC86/12A, SBC86/05, SBC80/05, 10B, 24, 30, and SBC88/25 (found elsewhere on this website). It is available in several options depending on capacity and type of batteries required.

 

Configuration:

  • 48KB of CMOS RAM Memory.

  • Note: This board can be configured with 16KB, 32KB, 48KB, or 64 KB of CMOS RAM to meet your requirement.

  • Chargeable Nicad Batteries.
