In addition to sales of new and fully refurbished product, we offer Multibus users a comprehensive set of test and repair services that can extend the life of a user's board or system, and at the same time, reduce their cost of maintenance and ownership. We offer Test-only, Repair, Advance Exchange and Spare Parts sales.

If you are a repair depot, you can outsource all of your Multibus repairs to our expert engineers and technicians. This will save you the investment of time and money of doing relatively low-volume repairs of these specialized boards and systems.

Our standard turnaround on a typical repair order is 30 days. We can expedite if necessary. We test and repair to factory specifications. We can perform ECO's and either upgrade or downgrade to different board revision levels--again, to factory specifications. We maintain a large library of Multibus hardware manuals, including schematic diagrams.  We have even reverse-engineered products when schematics were not available. We offer a full one-year warranty on all of our repairs.

All repair work and test procedures are performed to Intel's and Radisys' highest quality standards. We have been qualified for Multibus repairs by many of the leading industrial, medical and aerospace companies, such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Siemens, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell and Westinghouse, just to name a few.

Why are we different?

Simply stated, because our specialty is Multibus.  Other board repair depots, if they take on Multibus board repairs at all, will require a minimum number of boards to repair, or will do so only on a Time and Materials basis.  This is because companies that repair a wide variety of board types cannot justify dedicating the necessary resources to troubleshoot and repair these complex boards quickly, and in relatively low quantities, as we are able to.  Also, our few competitors who do sell and claim to repair Multibus boards, will likely try to sell you a replacement board, rather than repair yours.
