The SBCMEM/128 is a one-slot, full-size Multibus II board with 128MB of DRAM.  It is made up of a mother board which provides the bus interface and 64MB of DRAM, and a daughter board which contains the other 64MB of DRAM.  The boards are connected via a 100-pin surface mount connector, and are functionally one unit.  Board configuration is accomplished via interconnect space over the PSB bus.
