Concurrent Technologies CC 186/410 Communications Controller

The CC 186/410 is a member of the Concurrent Technologies' range of single board computers for the Multibus II architecture. It has been designed as a serial communication controller around the 80186 processor chip.

Central Processor: Intel 80C186XL (16-bit), embedded DMA controller, interrupt controller, and 3 timers. Operates at 8MHz.

Serial Communications: 6 serial channels (acting as asynchronous RS232C port, two have RS422 support). Controlled by AMD's 85C30.

Memory: Two 32-pin JEDEC sockets for EPROMS (maximum of 512 Kbytes of read only). 512 Kbytes of RAM is available using four 128K x 8 SRAM devices.

Multibus II Interface: Message Passing Coprocessor (MPC).

iSBX Interfaces: Two 16-bit iSBX interfaces for I/O expansion. DMA operations are supported.
